• H5 Mini Game Generation (Free): users can generate H5 games that run directly in the browser through text description, free of charge
• iOS Game Generation (Paid): background generation of game project files adapted for iPhone/iPad, requires payment to unlock the complete project
• Android Game Generation (Paid): background generation of game project files adapted for Android devices, requires payment to unlock the complete project

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Using certain service features may require registering an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date to maintain its accuracy
• Safely keep your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• Use the Service to generate malware or harmful programs

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity
• Use generated content for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our rights: All content contained in the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code) is the intellectual property of ours or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

5.2 Ownership of generated content:

• For H5 game content generated for free through the Service, you receive a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use
• For paid iOS/Android game project files, after payment is completed, you receive the right to use and modify that specific project
• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may have similarities with existing works of others, and you bear the risk of use yourself
• You may not claim intellectual property rights over the training data or algorithms used in the AI generation process

6. Paid Services and Pricing

• iOS and Android game generation services are paid features, with specific prices as displayed on the page
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; orders paid before price changes are not affected
• All prices are in the currency indicated on the page and may not include local taxes
• Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms and are subject to the platform's terms

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated game content may not fully meet your expectations; we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or applicability of generation results
• Generated content may contain elements protected by third-party intellectual property rights; you need to conduct your own compliance review
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and shall not exceed $100 (or equivalent local currency). For free services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Service Termination

We have the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service in the following circumstances:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms
• We have received legal notice regarding your illegal activities
• Service termination is required due to business adjustments

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. After service termination, the provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over our location.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
