1. Overview
GameVerse is committed to providing high-quality game generation services. We understand that in some cases you may need to request a refund. This refund policy applies to the following paid services:
- iOS game project generation service
- Android game project generation service
- Other services explicitly marked as paid
H5 mini game generation service is free and does not involve refunds.
2. Refund Conditions
Full refunds are supported in the following cases:
- Game project file failed to generate after payment
- Generated project file has serious technical defects that prevent normal use, and we fail to fix it within 7 business days
- Duplicate charges due to system failure
- Service cannot be delivered due to our reasons
- Cancellation of order before generation task starts
The following cases are subject to our discretionary review:
- Generation results deviate significantly from the description due to system failure, and cannot be resolved by regenerating
- Project file has technical defects affecting core functionality
Refunds are NOT supported in the following cases:
- Game project has been successfully generated and downloaded
- Generation results differ within reasonable range due to inherent characteristics of AI technology
- Inability to use generated project file due to user's own device or environment issues
- Generation results do not meet expectations due to user failing to provide clear and reasonable game description
- Refund request exceeds the time limit
3. Refund Time Limits
- Not started: Full refund available anytime before generation task starts after payment
- Generated but not downloaded: Refund request within 3 calendar days after generation is complete
- Downloaded: Digital products are generally not refundable once downloaded. In case of serious technical defects, please contact us within 24 hours of download with proof of the technical issue, and we will review on a case-by-case basis
- Expired: Refund requests exceeding the above time limits will not be accepted
4. Refund Application Process
- Submit application: Send an email to bookjim0202@gmail.com with the following content:
- Your registered email and username
- Order number or transaction reference number
- Detailed description of the refund reason
- Related screenshots or evidence of technical issues
- Review process: We will complete the review within 5-10 business days of receiving the refund request and notify you of the result via email
- Refund execution: After approval, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days
5. Refund Methods
- Refunds will be returned via the original payment method
- Credit/debit card: refund will be returned to the original card, processing time depends on the issuing bank, typically 5-10 business days
- Third-party payment platforms: refund will be returned to the original account, processing time depends on the platform
- Refund amount will be calculated in the original payment currency; exchange rate fluctuations may cause slight differences in the actual received amount
6. Special Cases
- Promotional offers: for services purchased through promotions, the refund amount is based on the actual amount paid, excluding the nominal discount value
- Bundle services: if you purchased a bundle with multiple generation credits, the used portion will be deducted at the standard single-use price and the remaining balance will be refunded
- Dispute handling: if you disagree with the refund review result, you may submit an appeal within 7 business days of receiving the notification, and we will review again
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Policy changes will take effect after being published on this page. The changed policy only applies to transactions made after the change.
